    Another Gew-88

Ok, these I decided to keep, but really didn't want them to be public knowledge. My three KM '01 DWM Gew98's, consecutive serial #'d, all 3 to the Ist Seebatalion. Of course with nice KM lids & 1st pattern slings. Don't even ask for pics...

Another 1901 DWM Naval / KM Gew.98, 1st Werft Division (Kiel)

Why not start another thread instead of "jacking" this thread? FYI, you're going to have to show a lot more pics for an evaluation....

    Gewehr 98 C.G. Haenel 1916 61489g

I like it. Haenel's are tough to find in decent condition. That stock looks like an early version of monkeypox, lol

Rifle Grenades for the Gewehr 98

I recall reading something (many years ago) about the grenade rods being hard on the barrels/crowns and sometimes necessitated them needing counterbored. However, rarely see Gew98's counterbored.....

Rifle Grenades for the Gewehr 98

Good deal Chris! These G98 accessories are seldom encountered. I remember seeing the quadrant on fleabay...

    1916 Danzig Gew98

Here's a nice one, an all matching 1916 Danzig Gew98. It's got a walnut stock that still retains earlier features, i.e., unit marking disc & no upper stock finger grooves. The firing pin tip has been snipped. This one needs a new caretaker too. PM me for details.

    SMS Brandenburg

Neat pics, thanks for sharing. The bottom line is we need to be thankful the Imperial German navy did not have enough years to catch & surpass the Brit Royal navy, otherwise the war most likely would have had a different outcome....

    1904 Amberg, DWM Rework

I remember this one from years ago, a neat gewehr. I sold it to Cyrus & then it went to Sam.
