I am not well versed in the High Power pistols, but this example (like stated above) looks refinished and the grips look too modern. The grips are definitely not right. Maybe our FN guys will advise further.

Sounds like you picked up a really good one. Beaters are all over the place and shouldn’t be too hard finding. They are even ridiculous in price now.

Agreed. Other than the serial number and “f” I don’t know if any of the wrist proofs or the keel proof stamp survived. I’m guessing they probably didn’t.
