I'm not a fan of those ether, however one knows up front that they are RC Rifles not humbed as a all-Matching example like this thing.

To me the Tula reworks are nothing more than "State Sponsored" Mitchell Mausers.

True enough. I'm afraid those were a test batch to see how the American market accepted them. I don't think they got the reception they were after. It's my fear that the Ivan's are sitting on unrefurbed stockpiles of k98s and are refurbing them for export not knowing or not caring they would get more for them untouched. The current parked mosins are another example of this market testing.

I don't know if they got the proper reception one way or the other but Classic sold out of them in about 6 or 7 weeks and some sold for $800.00 :facepalm:
