Fake duel code K98k

My god this piece is awful came across this one today on gunbroker. This piece is also being talked about on Dave's WW2 weapons forum. There is so much wrong with this rifle fake stamps, fake code, sanded stock, renumbered parts too name a few. Not too mention the fake capture papers too go with it. Even more insane is the opening bid of $4000 for this piece of crap. But as the seller says in his auction its a "one of a kind example of a K98k Dual Code assembly. Very unusual and in Excellent condition."

The faked capture paper really shows off the artists intent to commit fraud. Can't say I've ever seen scams this lame here in Canada where the market is smaller.
