    bnz 44

Just beautiful thank you for sharing. I really like the Menzel stocked examples even more that the MO ones. I’ve been looking for years for an O or P block to go with my q-t group to no avail. A hard one to find esp in this kind of condition.

Beautiful I love these. Really unusual chatter as others have said that sets this one apart.

Menzel/Mauser *C Stock, caught in the belt sander?

I vote phosphate bob! Beautiful gun. And agree my MO-used Menzel stocks all appear to have more finishing/sanding than the gustloff examples and I always assumed MO did a little more finishing as you suggested.

    dot/swp Semi Kriegsmodell Stock

Very nice stock worth finding the right metal for. Many more actions than wood and you have the hard part.

My SOS byf45 find just came in the mail. Was a long wait since the show

Really nice. I like the late MO guns with blued receivers - they make a nice contrast to the smaller phosphate parts. And yes the receiver looks a bit off center! I’ve got a late Steyr like that too. Little quirks like that make it all the more interesting.

Nice untouched look. L blocks are great with so much variety u could build a collection on just that block alone. Great rifle.

    DOU 45

Thank you I’m a big fan of dou 45 and not a lot of untouched examples like this to see. Love the as found condition. I think your right may have not had the plate? Odd the screw is there you would think it would be gone if the plate was lost. And the woods been exposed for a while by the...

Did anyone here get this bnz45?

The left-over receiver is pretty uncommon for what it’s worth checking my own records and The Book I only see four including this one : 8732r, 7202s, 8148s (mine) and now 320t. Anyone know of any others pls chime in!

    Kasten fur Gurtfuller 16?

Yes thank you! It’s my go-to and guide for my own collection. Great resource and I have it open all the time for reference. There’s also a couple good closed auction pages with great detailed pics that I’m using. And I can get pretty close on measurements using the photos, but was hoping...

    Kasten fur Gurtfuller 16?

Hi folks I’m wondering if anyone has an original box that they might be able to make some measurements of for me? I’m completing/restoring an original that I have about 60% of, and have the basic box worked out but need some measurement on some thx! John p

    Kreigsmodel help

Is that an r block? Very hard gun so if all original but the bolt more than 800 for sure. I’d give u 600 for the wood alone if right. I’d say 1200 +

    BNZ45 thoughts s block

As others have said seriously cleaned at the very least and there’s enough of these around that I wouldn’t personally settle for less than “as found”/uncleaned with an S or T block

    SVW MB new acquisition.

Most MO used Mendel stocks have the take-down disc no? I’d look for traces of an E/135 (or eagle/H) on the side....where’s Bruce....
