    Interesting sniper photo

I don't know if this photo has been discussed before, but it is very interesting. The sniper appears to have built a skid with a camo shield and frame from tree branches. It looks like the whole thing sits on the ground, and serves as a rest and blind all in one. Pretty cool. Looks like a bmj...

GB Trader 98k bnz 42 humpjob No. 7206

Mike, you seriously need to add a poop emoticon to this site. It would set records. That's my takeaway from this whole thing. Jeff

    Search Box not working?

I'm originally from the Sheboygan area. The market is the "trader forum" below on the main page. You can set up signatures, etc. at the user profile edit page. Go to "forum actions" and select"edit profile", those settings are on that page. Jeff

I just searched successfully. Words cannot be too common, or shorter than 4 letters I think. Welcome, where in Wisconsin? Jeff

    Browning 1922 Wa140

Not at all, why would I complain about seeing such a nice rig? As per usual, I buy first, learn after. LOL Jeff

    Browning 1922 Wa140

Thanks! Well, it's not breaking the bank, so I'm OK with it. I'm learning a lot about them, though, that's cool with me. Jeff

    Browning 1922 Wa140

Browning 1922 Wa140 and Wa613 Guys, I just stumbled on a FN Mod. 1922 with Wa140 on slide and Wa613 on the frame. Numbers all match, but the barrel is force matched by stamping in the same font as the rest? The old SN was x'ed out. Bluing is pretty good, FN logo bakelite grips. Does that...

    1940 Steyr 660 WW2 German K98 Rifle

Ham, I was just making the point because the OP is new and would have posted that even if it was a hidden gem on GB ..... or a turd like it is which deserves ridicule. Or he could have been hawking a turd. (not that you were at all doing that, BELIKEBRO.) Rules is rules, man! :happy0180: Jeff

    Another LSR restoration.

Haha yeah, I guess I didn't mean easy, I meant it wasn't stripped to bare metal and filled with weaver mount screw holes and rust!! It was time, and collecting the right parts. Thanks for the comments, guys! Jeff

    DOT 1944 Semi Kriegsmodell

Gorgeous, that 660 has a good stablemate. I love this one even more, I used to collect KM and late dot/dou stuff before sniper bug came and all those went away! Jeff

    Another LSR restoration.

This was an easy one. It has beautiful original finish but was missing a few parts. The stock isn't original to the rifle, but it is a beautiful legitimate LSR kriegs stock with KM sniper butt plate . Bolt mismatch, but it is an original complete matching (itself) but worn Sauer LSR bolt with...
