Type 1 SMG Starts Shipping Tomorrow

Damn it I was the Bastard that made Rick paint mine not Ceracoat it. So I will probably be the last guy to get his. It was the bare metal receiver one in the picture...

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!

Rick and the SMG crew have outdone themselves. I'm done with my unboxing video and going to start editing now.

An amazing weapon very happy for all you guys the look on your faces remind me of the kid from A Christmas Story.

You guys definitely waited a long time for your Christmas present!

I asked Rick to serial mine 72 in honor of my 72nd birthday. This was back on November 7, 2019. Now I ordered my gun long before, Rick had his 1st mock up, but based on what Rick said would be a safe delivery date , I thought a 72 serial number, when I'm 72 was special.....

This is the first time I am seeing the "FG42" "fzs" font and serial number engravings I did for Rick up close and I have to say that looks sweet! I literally tracked down every serial number I could find on original rifles to give him an accurate 0-9. The FG42 fzs was traced directly off of my original type 1. So happy that looks so good. You guys are very lucky who are getting these rifles.

I didn't even buy one but I'll still say thanks for offering your original information to help make these more authentic!

Yeah me too Dave??? You must have a great wife?

I married WAAAAAY above my pay grade.

She has only said NO to my desire to buy a airplane, and that was after my good friend Jeff Givens nearly killed himself when his motor failed on take off. Jeff survived , and after 6 months of recovery, bought another plane.

Maria said, "you will not be as lucky as Jeff, and so, HELL NO !!!!!! NO AIRPLANE !!!!!

Guns have never drawn a single NYET !!!!!!

I was offered a tank for $190,000.00, but that went the way of the plane........

I had no where to park it anyway !!!!!!!

Yeah ne too Dave. I haven't asked for a plane so I can't relate to that however she never questions my gun buys so I'll live with that.

I'll be honest I love the 'above my pay grade' reference. I think we can both understand that metric.
