Is it just the stock that's a no go ? or is the whole rifle not correct?
There aren't enough photos to completely answer your question. To the extent the metal parts are shown, they appear okay. The destroyed stock makes this one a $350-500 rifle. It is like looking at the Model 98 equivalent to a photo of someone who has had their lips injected but now their lips are ten times too big. Maybe they were "pretty", but it is hard to quit staring at the lips. This stock has been ruined. Whatever this rifle was, it is not any longer. It is hard not to stare at the painfully fake stock stampings.
