Another one from GB.

VCS Suhl I.G. Mod 71, 1873, C/F.W., SN 1156, It's unit marked but the stock is repaired/replaced so unrelated to the base rifle.

Don't see too many of those, they wanted a bit much for it in that condition, though.

I was going through my notes for something else and realized I have records on a couple more WMO 71/84s that aren't in the list yet. Both are from old auctions, I have pics saved if you need or want them. Interestingly both SNs very close to each other but different units.

Thanks, I added the reports to trends (post #7), I did change the report to conform to the existing pattern though, but referenced your report post number. I do not think pictures are needed when from a known collector, but thanks for offering!

A quick question for you, although you might not have an answer. This gun is listed in the trends:

1886-1887 WMO 217 (I.G.Mod.71/84.) C/W unit: 119.R.8.21 (buttplate tang-top)

Do you have any more information about it, or perhaps any pictures? I'm mostly curious because this is the only report I've seen of a WMO that wasn't in the A-block, much less one with that low a SN.
