BNZ 43 single runes should not have numbered bands from what I know.

I noticed yours has significantly more maar kings (receiver, bands etc) is this consistant with bnz 44 single runes? The only SS contract bnz 44s I've seen have large font bnz and the full '44' year stamp

No others on reciever - barrel code is AVK, then the W in the bullseye, then Bo and a WaA623

I'm curious what the few other things are.

Hey guys, A couple months ago I picked up this BNZ 43 single rune K98k. I am looking for your opinions on it. It is a bolt m/m. I also picked up an unmarked stock for this as I originally only got the metal of this rifle (original bands). Here are some pics, please give me your thoughts.

I agree with whoever is saying it looks correct, the only questions I have are: if this stock and everything are right, wouldn't the bands be as well? And with the matching magazine, wouldn't that be indicative of the floorplate and trigger guard being actual factory error? Especially with the...

The likelihood of the bolt stop not being original is pretty low, am I right? Considering all the other matching parts. Are we getting at that it's a complete fake?

What do you guys think about the fact the magazine is matching? Wouldn't you think the floorplate and trigger guard would have the same number as the magazine? Edit: also, the capture screws and the other screws on the tg appear to have correct waa's

It is definitely not a walk in the park to find an unmarked stock that would be correct for this I am quickly finding out. Same goes for the bands. I feel as if the factory error with the rear sight adds some coolness to it, I don't know how collectors would feel.

Hey guys, So today I picked up a BNZ 43 single rune barrel/receiver/bolt with NO IMPORT MARK...the bolt is a M/M but the reciever/barrel match...and the rear sight is 6933 while the reciever/barrel are 6938...I believe this is a factory error considering there are no letter suffixes on either...

Yeah I was a little unsure about the barrel because usually suhl barrels have the dfb code like yours, but mine has the 936 code...the e/4's remove the doubt for me though (others input would be great) By the way, nice Till avatar :)
