yes, shooters kit is installed, cartridges ejected at 90 every time, only had an issue with miss-fire/light strikes due to broken pin....will report back after new one is installed.

Thanks Kelly, I came upon Claus Espeholt's site while looking for a firing pin (which led me here) and have shared the serial number with him as well. And yes, the 8mm ammo isn't terrible, right there with new 30-06 and 30-30 for my old Remington 700 bdl and Marlin, not nearly as bad as ammo...
