Well I was just informed the locking block does have a number. Any idea? Something that some GI did or someone state side... Idea on cost?

I'm not sure if you have any local gun trading sites for your state or area besides armslist but I put out a wanted ad on my local site and bought 2 bolt m/m in the past year for under 1k each.

Thanks John. I wasn't sure what had happened there. And I did notice that on the bolt. For a b/m seemed pretty cool with numbers so close and same letter block. I think I'm pretty happy with this purchase.

If a guy were to buy a torch cut or saw cut STG44, how would they go about restoring it? Without all the paperwork for a full auto what would you need to turn it into a semi auto? Is there still a bunch of paperwork to fill out for something like that? Thanks.
