Scope

Nice scope there. Even posted the serial number despite all the fakers. That is awesome. Much appreciated. I would say it is definitely not a fake Czech scope using some original German parts. In case you were seeking opinions. In case you were seeking opinions. Nice find. I have been looking for any Low Turret Scope for a rifle I have. Pic of rifle posted. They are hard to find. Congrats.

I would say some of those lower parts have a different shade of bluing. Is it just the lighting for pics? Probably is. Thanks for posting.

Two periods for german Low Turret K and scopes: 1940 and 1943 .
Zielvier scopes are for 1940 turret sniper.

Yes sir it is a Low Turret. It is an original. I need to get more photos made. A good barrel code photo would help ID the year as 43 or 44. If there is any interest here I could post it up sometime. I do not have an original LT scope for it yet. I am looking.

Vaughn this is a interesting LT what I find so interesting is a Astrawerke supplied . I am curios if it is possibly a BCD Coded Rec . I know this about the Rec because I have some more detailed pics of the rifle that were sent to me prior to Brian buying it . Best Regards
