Hello everyone. I would like to request your expertise on the identification of a riser support equipped with the rail for the zf41. This piece is marked with an "F". I think this chip is original and it seems to me that I have already seen such markings in the past on another riser, but I would like to have your confirmation and your opinions. Another thing I wonder, I know the French seized a large amount of zf41s from the field at the end of the war. they also solicited Mauser Oberndorff for the manufacture (among other things) of Mauser 98k under French control. would it be possible that Mauser mounted 98k zf41 with a star in 1945/46?
