I would lean towards the base and scope being original but likely the scope was added to this base post war.
Base: The 359 waffen amt, acid etched serial number, rough finish with filing look pretty good for a squared edge base. Rings/screws questionable. Would want to see the back of the mount to know 100%
Scope: Correct markings and placement and there are flaws on the stamped metal tube that are common on originals, but these flaws are never seen on current reproductions. Looks like someone used color wax to highlight markings (especially the white and possibly the blue on the triangle).
Turret cover looks like a reproduction or certainly not original to that scope.
Leather covers look good or post war Czech or Czech reproduction.
Rubber eye cap has standard shrinkage and has a reasonable chance of being legit.
The Sun Shade - I would lean towards reproduction, but hard to see as the rubber eye cup is covering it.
This is at least IMHO and there may be other opinions.
