I am no expert but it looks original to me.

Mount and lever looks good with the only exception being the band screws. The heads look a bit too small in diameter and the threaded end should be more pointed/tapered. Maybe just the lighting in the photos. Anyone else have any thoughts on these?

Hallo,
the protection cap of the side elevation is a fake in my opinion. The rubber eye piece looks a little bit short on the pictures. The bands/screws a questionable in my opinion too.
Did you change some of the internal parts of the mount, like the spring of the catch ?

Edit: Please look at the setup between scope and mount, it doesnt fit properly ! The scope needs to be placed 2 or 3 mm more in shooters direction.
