Have a scope marked ZF K43. The original serial number, and maker, have been lined through. The optics, verical post and horizonal bars, are perfect. Original finish.
Adjustment knobs are perfect. Both lenses are also perfect-no cracks, scratces, etc. Pictures attached. Any ideas or further information appreciated. Also, what is its value?

Thanks

Wrong sub-forum. Try posting in the "Optics and Mauser Sniper Rifles" sub-forum, the one right above this one.

Lined out dow (Meopta) Czech Re-Issue scope. Where it has been milled seems to have milled out and obliterated the Post-War Czech Markings and Lion Proof - why? No idea.

You find many Czech lined out scopes, some are just lined out and some have an additional serial number and Post-War Czech Proofs added to the bottom of the scope. They even made their own Post-War Czech produced mounts.

I would say at least $500 but possible more. These repurposed scopes generally go for less than untouched ones that are not lined out. If you had the original Czech Mount they sometimes get a premium value.
