Value of a bolt m/m bnz 45 T block?

Have a lead on a bnz 45 T-block that is a bolt mismatch and I am wondering if it is worth pursuing. What would that typically go for at current market rates?

So many late war rifles are faked 'matching' with the non-numbered parts so I try to steer away but I am considering making a move, but don't want to come out overspent. I otherwise don't get why late war rifles command a premium so I don't have a ton of intuition as to what a decent price is.

TIA

S and T block rifles are easily the most common Kreigsmodells to find, and of any maker, and most are matching and in excellent to new condition. So it’s not a hard one that you might feel the need to compromise on. I personally would not buy a bolt mismatch for that reason. Having said that it depends on price and your own range of affordability. Nice matching examples turn up for 2500 plus. A clean bolt mismatch with a correct steyr bolt might be 1500? We can’t all afford high grade matching guns. But as an investment it will always be worth less. And if the stock has been hit that’s two strikes I would pass.

As to why late guns are popular, I can speak to my own reasons. That’s all I collect. I have a pretty extensive collection and all are from the last six months of the war. More variations to collect there than in the years prior! In the S block for steyr alone there are solid, laminate and pinstripe stocks, blued and phosphate receivers, even left over BNZ 44 marked guns.
