What's wrong with the bolt? Renumbered?
Bolt has been renumbered. Look closely you can see old numbers. Plus its the wrong shroud. Should be marked 623 ,Not 280.
when was the last time anyone saw an ‘e/# stamp on the bolt # face? & beside the ‘e/280s’ on the shroud, the sn area of the shroud looks like it’s been heavily buffed after renumbering, all of the bnz 42s in the ref section have speed milled front bands, (& presumably unfluted bayo lug underneath) and the rear sight leaf & slider is from another model of Mauser 98, look at the part with the notch in it, K98k sliders are 1-sided, this one is 2-sided. Font of safety #s is off & other examples in the same block have 4 digits.
That was the most ridiculous part. Maybe it was a super-secret program we've not been aware of?
I wish the waffenamt shop guy in Poland didn’t make those stamps, but I do like the TD disc tool he was selling on ebay, even if the marks on the discs were laser etched, rather than stamped with his own product. (???)
Yeah me too. They showed up on someones stock lately. A few of the humpers were in love with them too. Drago/Dragom and the serial number guy from the Poconos for a few.

I can't say for sure but if you look at his 'bidders', that's quite a questionable crowd. And of course all these losers just have to have it. What a joke.
