Couldn't help but post another jem from our good buddy the Plumber.
Basically we have a barreled action in a replaced stock with a really nice late war sling.
We have a "sum of parts"situation here - not a "mint" elaborately explained and editorialized stinker.

Don't forget the starting bid of 3800.00 USD. Don't give this guy any slack - he doesn't deserve it.

This guy is always trying to sell WW2 firearms at ridiculously high starting prices, and they all have a nice story as "bait" for a buyer. I assume that his marketing plan is that the high prices will fool people into thinking that the items are high quality and original in nature. His items usually do not sell and he has to keep posting them over and over and ultimately reducing the price. I don't even look at anything that is under his GB account.....

Strange colors on the trigger housing/ floor plate. Looks like someone rust blued the front band and front of housing. Crazy price.

I really hate this guy's descriptions. Just a big fat single paragraph with a bunch of periods between sentences. Could it be any more difficult to read? Although I'm sure that's the point: make it so annoying to read so no one reads it.

My opinions: these gun carnies damage our hobby. First, a neophyte who believes that bollocks and gets burned for high dollar is turned off and run off. Second, such absurd prices for some which are polished turds contaminates the market for buying and selling. Those prices are calculated to artificially inflate the market for their short term gains and the long term health of our hobby. They are parasitically exploiting the success and health of the K98k hobby which WE have built over the last 30 years.

Same flavor humpjob, and same but different seller

I don’t believe he is. He doesn’t have time to post on here. He has to post his stellar k98’s that most people would need a mortgage to buy….
I've been interested in the 21 a block Posen he had, 12th district depot marked rifle and his Luftwaffe 4th depot build BSW. He does have that Berlin Lubeck Luftwaffe that caughty my eye but mostly for just hard to find a pre war Berlin Lubeck, 41 and 42 dated Berlin Lubeck rifles are hard enough to find with 40 dated examples being practically non existent (only can recall 1 in my memory, and it was this year from the ozzborne seller) in my experience. His DOU 43 is just terrible because as far as I can remember DOU never used a letter suffix and his DOU 43 has a letter suffix and the shroud and bolt handle look fround down and reblued abit.
