Tough crowd....or Im way off on values

Did you ever get the fuel pressure issue resolved? I remember you discussing it.
There’s a bunch of us that share the same hobbies.
I don’t have before pics, but mine was a 6 cyl auto car before I dropped the 472 Aruzza built Hemi and 4 speed in. It was a 5-6 year build. New K member, steering wheel and column, clutch pedal assembly, tranny tunnel, dashboard, wiring, brakes. 8 3/4 3.72 gears. Rocket sled.

Please explain the following:
How are you:
1) Alive?
2) licensed to drive?
3) not married to that car?

All kidding aside, I always loved Darts, '67 is my favorite year!

That car would smoke those 70’s at a 60mph roll. A scary ride. I can’t even imagine one of these new Hellcats. They can really hook up.
Live your dream!

@ditch68 @yellowkid awesome cars guys! Jeff funny enough here is my Malibu that is my driving project. 69 manual bench seat with a long way to go…but it sure is fun.
That brings back memories. My grandma had a 69 Malibu. It was green. I would wait until she went to sleep around 10pm, get the keys and sneak out of the house. My best bud would be waiting out by the driveway and we would push it out into the street and about a house down, then start it up and go cruising. She never kept track of the milage, but did keep track of how much gas was in it. Gas was 25 cents a gallon (cheaper if there was a gas war going on at the stations) so filling it back up to where it was, only cost us a dollar or two. That was in 1970 and 71. In 1973, I bought a 64 SS Impala for $500. Didn`t need to "barrow" granny`s Malibu anymore and she never found out.

in the fall of ‘72 I learned how to turn an odometer backwards, so my folks wouldn’t know I took one of their cars out of state to see a girlfriend……. reversible drill, back then there was no built-in device that would reveal what was done.
(‘68 Saab 96, a German Ford V4 w/4 speed on the column front wheel drive with ‘free wheeling’ (pull a rod on the firewall, & no engine breaking) Best snow car I’ve ever driven!)

I pulled the cable off my work van at least 10 years ago ( Astro Van) and it wouldn’t come out of first gear. I had to pull the battery cable off to reset it and get the thing to shift again. It must drive some kind of tachometer that the CPU uses to shift gears. You can’t get away with anything now. I like the good old days.
