A bcd 4 bolt mm was my only pick up this year so I guess it counts as the best.

My "best finds" weren't firearms but I think that you guys may be able to appreciate them.
1. 101st D-Day paratrooper grouping...
2. Another 101st D-Day paratrooper grouping (with D-Day cricket)...
3. SS insignia from Dachau and other items brought back by another vet...
4. Trophy items including a Luftwaffe flight suit and parachute brought back by a U.S. pilot...
There were a lot more that are way too much to list. I am looking forward to another year of hunting!

I picked up this KM but being unsure if it was legit (Because I have been burned and simply don't know unless I see it published our post at a Mauser board and verify). but I took a chance and paid more than others advised at a GS and turned out it was the nicest K98k I have ever owned. Bob in Ohio even mentioned if I decided to sell to let him know, which to me was an honor and reflected the quality of the piece and I sold it to Bob knowing it was going to a better place where it IMO should be.
But, for me personally the new Mod1 PWS MK114 is the best firearm I have ever owned
A piston AR with a gas system based on the AK giving it a DI neutral balance and light weight this gun is flawless, accurate and the brake is so good I can accurately get off almost 2 rounds to one over a bird cage equipped AR.
With 2 mags linked an EOTech and if I add a lazer light it is a nice home defence package and the light weight and low recoil make it easy to sling
The neatest thing I saw in 2013 was a Borchardt C93 that a large collector owns. Never handled one. Amazed at the trigger and feel for such an old pistol, the metal work was incredible. He paid $1200.00 20 years ago which meant nothing until I asked about it's value. No box or cleaning kit but original magazine
