Soooo Rare

Mitchell's has made a mistake in their description of these historic rifles. They are not Gestapo rifles made by prisoners at concentration camps, they are the even rarer General Mills K98ks made by a small California company to be used as free prizes in very large boxes of cereal. The project was dropped when it was determined that these special large boxes of cereal could not be sold in California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusettes, Maryland and D.C.

I still don't understand why Mitchell's polishes the bolt parts on their guns to such a shiny, bare metal finish. They look so over-done, more like they're ready for a parade than the battlefield (or the range, or hunting, or even just hanging on a wall looking accurate!).
 
So that's where all the SS K98ks have been hiding. Mitchell's has been stockpiling them! I don't know if they have enough war eagles to be authentic though... /s
 
To me sn:4834 is the only one with a really suspicious dhd.

The others were probably legit RC's at one time... too bad

I hear you. It's painful to me seeing it. I know they and others think they're enhancing them but I also think they're ruined. And I'm positive at 10k each he couldn't care less.
 
I couldn't keep a straight face! From hearing him say they put antifreeze on the rifle, the b letter block stands for Balkan war or something, the front sight protector was designed for guys with glasses, this action is a better action then the K98k action, and yes the Rampart Lion.

Did I miss anything?
