Sniper rifle real or not

Hi,
Asked for some photos of a rifle for sale and the guy sent me the wrong photos not of the one requested but of another,the photos are not to good but has this any chance and what's with the repairs to the stock?would such repairs make it unsafe to fire.I assume a French made rifle stock.

Am i correct on certain points
magazine floor plate is a replacement,
mauser inspection proofs on trigger gaurd
did mauser make single claw rifles?
mauser stock issued to french,
so all in all a put together rifle,
Trying to learn not just be told.

Hello,

the serial font on the mounts it incorrect. the scope was never used on SS SC rifles. the focus ring become usless when you clamp down on the ring srews and DKL morking incorrect. the rings are NOT the New Zeland type. They are not roberts the construction of the front base is not his. Some thing seem off on the rear base but case get a good any in any of the pics.
