Today I went to the Sioux Falls show in SD. There were some K98’s there, RC’s and Norwegian 98’s. Nothing that i was interested in there. A ton of lever actions and guns of that sort. The last table I went past had 3 k98 slings. One of which was a well used repro and the other 2 were german slings. I was really pleased and the price was a steal. It was a good show, with over 1200 tables. I was impressed with the way the show was ran and aisles that allowed adequate movement.

What were the Norge reworks? They're a rare animal at shows around Kansas City

I can’t say, the stocks were sanded and polyed. I honestly didn’t look hard at them. I do recall they were mixmasters. A quick look at them and I was on my way.

interesting how the stuff at shows is very regional.
Here in Virginia most bigger shows will have at least a few decent mausers, but vintage lever guns and single action revolvers are a rarity. Would like to make it to one of the big western shows someday
