It is very interesting for the rifle not only featuring a British firing proof, but also a British made Parker Hale rear sight. I really wonder if it may had the sight changed in the UK? Is the barrel marked under the stock in any way?Kind of off topic while being on topic. I bought this in the 1990's out of Shotgun News. The Danes used leftover Model 98 actions to make various target rifles. This one is in 7.62 NATO. The barrel is a beast. It is as heavy or heavier than some machine gun barrels in the same caliber.
