Certainly not minty but an early and fairly honest rifle for sure. More bluing than the pics show, but pretty worn and certainly well used. Original sling too which is a bonus.
Found this and another all matching K98 on the weekend at a Gun Show - Quite rare to find any all matching K98 in Canada. Only other all matching K98 I had to import from the US - so to fine 2x on one table was awesome. Also picked up a late Zinc Stamped Flare gun and 5x Sten mags.

Wow 2 on the same table? Congrats! I could also live with the finish loss being matching and early. I can certainly imagine that happened during the war.

As others have said, definitely been there and done that condition, but a great year and code, congrats!
 
Few other goodies that came with the same purchase. Top left pouch is early and dated 1935.
