Rg34 and bayonet gunshow finds.

Finally had some luck at the local gunshow. Got all 5 items in one go for less then you can buy a average matching k98k bayonet for these days.

5 original wartime kits that are all heavily marked and complete save for one kit missing the spoon. Also got a decent turked 98/05 and a 43 cvl bayonet in the grouping aswell. Neat two digit serial on the 43 cvl

Last shot is my rg34 kit collection in total now. Didn't realize I had this many!

Also, interesting 5/64 marking that looks electro penciled or acid etched? With a X looking to be scratched into the lid aswell?

The numbers are electro penciled. And I bet it`s 5164.
Maybe it is a Russian capture, Ivan loved those electro pencils. Just speculation on that though.

Nice low serial 43cvl, 12d, the S98/05 is a early turkish shortage as still have the arabic digits there on crosspiece.

Thanks everyone!

Grimlin13, I think you are right about it actually being 5164. Not sure it's a Russian capture though. As all 5 of these kits seem to be in the same condition and all contain the same bits of cloth inside them. So it would be weird for only one of them to be russian capture? I could be wrong. Maybe the soldier put the X on his to make it easier to identify?
