Repro barrel bands?

Not sure if I'm allowed to mention names here but I've purchased two un-numbered milled lower k98 bands from a guy on ebay and I have to say, they're fantastic. They don't appear to be Yugo, they're not Israeli and they're not scrubbed originals. In fact, they almost appear new. They're completely unmarked. Any idea of the origin? I see milled band springs being sold as repro's, if these bands are too they're remarkably well done.

$70 bands. He’s been selling these for a long time. They are described as “used.” He must have a lot of them on hand or a good supplier.

I got a batch of these in a recent purchase, and in my opinion they are Yugo. In the batch of 15 or so, there are a few with VERY faint Yugo markings. The rest were unmarked. The ROUGH ID is also a tell tale sign to me.

Can't guarantee they are one and the same.... but they look very similar from your pictures.
