Purchasing a k98 byf 42 cc block - authentic?

Thank you everyone for your inputs, it is very helpful.
This is all the additional pics I could get from the seller: serial numbers for trigger housing and floorplate and one side of the rear band.
The quality of the underside of the bolt root pictures are pretty bad but he says the numbers are E/140 so I assume FN.
Also he claims it is not duffel cut!

FWIW the cleaned buttplate wouldn't concern me on a rifle like this.

Not an MO expert, but i also think the front band looks totally legit.

The rifle looks good to go. The band is perfectly fine. Some people look far too into things, almost wanting to find something wrong...
