Possible purchase bcd insight appreciated

I now see you have posted over here too. The only thing wrong with it (other than the missing base and scope mount) I can see is that someone installed the rear barrel band wrong way round, facing to the right side of the rifle whereas it should be left side of the rifle. That though would be a quick correction. When taking it off, check if the rifle once had been "duffle cut" under the rear barrel band.

Also, if I was you I'd specifically ask the seller to check for the scope base and scope mount. There are high chances he once had those, and maybe they are stashed away somewhere.
 
What a find!! Congrats 🎉 👏 :) highlight of a collection right there especially if the scope and base are found!
