These Ku P.08s turn up with "42" coded spare parts used, including side plates, etc. My opinion on them is formed by Mrfarb's postings as they are the most logical. That is, they are depot assembled for the Luftwaffe in 1942 and after with spare parts and armorer parts from Mauser, which as we know discontinued manufacture of the P.08 in 1942 to start production of the P.38.
