Noobie looking for 1st K98K...Is this one worth considering?

I'm wanting my first K98K as shooter more than as a collectible. As such, I want it to function very smooth, have as excellent as possible bore/rifling and be in the $ hundreds ... instead of $ thousands.

I'm planning on meeting a few board members from here at the DACA show in Dallas in a few weeks to hopefully get their guidance in buying my first K98K ... but just saw this and wanted to ping the experts.
