After 24 years on Gunboards, I have picked up this more specialised Forum.
I have collected Mauser Rifles since the 1960s; Aussie WWI bringbacks, more recent WWII milsurp ( Israel, Interarms, Century, etc)
My German Mauser collection goes from 1871, 71/84, Gew98, Kar98 ( 1900), Kar98AZ,
Double Dates ( 1920)
Kar98b, Gew98M; Standard Modell, Kar98K, Kriegsmodell Kar98k etc.

Doc, great to have you aboard, look forward to seeing your vast knowledge here! There are about a dozen guys here and from GB that I will read their every post when I see them, due to the quality of the posts and info, you are definitely one of them.

Sorry to say, but GB is almost not worth going to anymore, save a few boards...
