I came across an eBay listing of a Polish paperback “Lexicon 1939” series documenting all sorts of different aspects of the Polish military prior to WWII. I came across Tome #197, “Military Training for Civilians” and I saw that one of the preview pages discusses marksmanship and the development of military trainers. Features on the preview page were two photos of the civilian Kbk.S.wz.30 trainer, which I thought was neat. I may end up buying this one as there may be additional information on the following pages on the Kbk.S.wz.31 trainer.
Finally had an opportunity to shoot this one today. It was quite a lot of cheap fun to shoot at the range and did quite well at 75 ft. .22 short was so quiet that after my first shot I had to check that I didn’t have a squib.
