I have been looking for a Mauser 22lr for years. I wanted a repeater but everything I saw was missing parts or altered. This stock does have some dings and “character”, however the cartouche is sharp and it hasn’t been refinished. The bluing is in pretty nice conditions. Original Mauser marked mag, sight hood, butt plate, rear sight, and sling studs with the swivels still intact. There may be nicer ones out there, but this is the nicest I have had the opportunity to buy.

Very nice! An MS-350B is on my someday wish list...
I would still like a mm 410B. I prefer the lighter and more sleek rifles. But I’ve been looking for 5-7 years and everyone I found was a “I really like this rifle BUT” bolt knob ground or bent, sights or hood missing, MAS mag. I couldn’t pass this one up being 100%

I’m a huge sucker for figured walnut stocks, yours is real nice. I would’ve bought the rifle just for the wood. Nice rifle

This begs the question, she is pretty to look at but how does she shoot?
She has a very nice trigger which I will probably adjust a bit. I had a horrible target for open sights but at 50 yards it shot about an inch. I’m sure it would shoot much better with a scope, but I like it original and the open sights.

Picked up the pictured KOHLER 2.5X w/picket-post reticle several years ago. Like one I had previously, thought the Akah bridge mount would fit a Walther Sportmodell IV DSM. Unfortunately the one for the Walthers has a arched underside to clear the wider/taller receiver. Fortunately I hung onto it. When I found a nice ES340B, discovered mount was for the Mauser instead...

Compliment on the rifle! very nice wood indeed! cool you got the always missing front sight hood.
Maybe you can post some pics of the rear sight, mauser markings / proof marks / serial number (or part)
Together with the Mm410b this rifle is my favourite of all Mauser .22lr

Iron85, could you possibly open the bolt and take a pic of the breech end of the barrel / chamber area? I'd like to compare it to mine. Very nice wood, mine's kinda plain.

I will get you fellas some pics in a few days. Down in the dirt with a cold/flu/Covid or something new they came out with last week. It has a new sibling. I was able to get my hands on a 410b. The 410 is a much nicer handling rifle imo, something I’d carry and hunt with. The 350 is pretty, but also bulky.
