Modifications between the '1933 Banner K DPS' and final k98K models?

I am shopping around for a 8mm Mauser Variant of the k98k series. I have seen a few and my understanding is the '1933 Banner K' DPS rifles are the precursor to the finished K98k. So the question is, what exactly are the relevant modifications between the variants between 1933-1945? Anything that I can reference?

The Banner K rifles differ from the K98k in having the upper band retained by a pin, and the lower band by a stock mounted spring. The K98k has both bands retained by a single spring. (Some very late K98ks had bands retained by screws) Also the Banner K rifles had grasping grooves in the stock and of course commercial as opposed to Military markings.
The K98k had many modifications/variations over its 1934 - 1945 production lifespan, most designed to simplify production.
