Maximum File size?

What is maximum file size of a single photo that can be attached to a thread?

I have this same question. I have downloaded a photo resize app, still trying to learn to use it. Need to know what file size is acceptable to the forum server.

I have found that 2,000 KB is the max for attachments. I re-size all my pictures through paint.net. I either crop out large backgrounds, and/or reduced the image quality when saving.
