Mauser Berlin 243 code Kriegsmarine

I added another Navy gun to my collection and this one was local.
Not cheap but worth buying since KM rifles do not come along very
often. This one is North sea region marked as are most of the Mauser Berlin rifles
that were issued to the Kriegsmarine.

Whats interesting is that all of the Oberndorf Naval issue rifles I have are all "Ost" sea marked.

I have 40/243 2231r and it is Nordsee marked only on disc. No number.

this disc almost looks like it was stamped N and 0 then the fleet # over the 0 very high condition rifle and I wouldn't expect any less from the mauser master...

I have a KM marked 243-1940 on a high serial g block number, but sadly no markings on the take-down disc.
