Just joined today and have similar question. Pardon if I'm in wrong thread. Just obtained a MS350B, serial number 121588. Had brief access to Mr Speed's book and probably missed info that pegged it. Quite a nice weapon. Thanks in advance for any aid. Col Mac

The dating on these is difficult but we can estimate to about a year.
If you take this apart, there should be a barrel code and I would bet its either 36 or 37 dated.
My call would be the rifle was assembled sometime in 1937.

Most of these in that serial range came back from the Pacific theater (my assumption).

The OPs rifle has later features. The 1933 and 1934 Standard Modells had dated receivers and a Standard-Modell 1924 marked sidewall.
I have Standard Modell B68780; with a 1937 barrel date. I would estimate the OP’s rifle to be late 1937 production.
