Hoping to get some information about this pouch. Picked it up at a rummage sale and was wondering about the markings on the back (as pictured) I can't make out the manufacturer because numbers have been stamped over that. It appears VA in circle on one side of manufacturer stamp and the other side has a SS in a circle. Pouch seems to be in nice used condition all straps and studs are in place and inside the pouches are leather dividers. I would like to make sure this is a period piece and and if markings on back are correct. I'll be listing it for sale and don't want to misrepresent it. Thank you in advance.
