This rifle sold on Gunbroker in 2012, it use to belong to a friend (Der kaiser) of Marion Mericle. He wrote a brief article on it in the MRJ in 2004. The serial is 348 f, attached find the information (datasheet) he provided.
While it is an unusual host receiver, the only bcd/41 known used on a ar/42 production rifle, it is unique in no other way. Nothing else sets it apart, - what is really hard to find is an actual "ar/42" that doesn't use a bcd receiver... in this block I have recorded 14 rifles, only one of them is a straight up ar/42, this is common through most of ar/42 production where the bcd receivers roughly equal the ar receivers in observations, in several block, including the f-block they far exceed ar made receivers. I think far too much is made of these "dual codes", for they are not really dual anything, they are just diverted receivers used on an otherwise regular ar, and ironically the straight up ar's are probably harder to find, certainly in upper grades.
You might consider hitting Gunboards-98k for this rifle, most rc "collectors" are over there, certain to get more attention, - I have the auction text from then, but did not save the final information:

Rare dual code Russian capture k98. Very good condition. Good bore. Bolt is from a Russian capture k98 but not from this rifle. Stock is a non R/c. No cracks in stock. Most markings no longer visible. 655 on take down lugs. Payment by money order ONLY and due within 7 days of auction close. FFL or C&R required.
