how to "dispose" of Leiheft Heft 4; April 1943

Another "find" in my dad's stuff: an issue of Leiheft; Heft 4; April 1943. it is intact with no tears, general discoloration related to age, a couple of random ink marks. I want to sell it but Ebay rejects it. Any idea of the best way to get this to a collector looking for this edition?
