highest serial ce44 coded receiver

Can anyone tell me what the highest serial observed with a still ce44 coded receiver is? Recently seen one with w prefix on a ce44 coded receiver, checking Vol.IIa it seems that all with a higher serial were bcd4 coded. Doesn't need to be all matching, just curious as to when they "ran out of ce44 coded receivers".

I might be able to look around but it’s not something I tracked for Sauer. Highest serial suffix was “y”.

In the "v" block there are still a lot ce44 coded receivers and the latest one I know was a early "w" block.

Thank you @Loewe - another w block. Seems to confirm what I had seen myself. Will need to re-check that other rifle whether it is higher or lower serial number than that.

Wish I had more details on the rifle, but only that it was recorded in 2009, there is one picture of a x-block, but the receiver ordnance code is not seen -or i didn't save it (unlikely in any case...) it is far to far from ce-marked ranges and is probably recorded ce because of laziness on my part though too because it is the maker in any case and my purpose was to record the rifle more than certitude of receiver code..

Good project you have!
