Guys I shipped the first 6 copies on Sat. and one has been delivered.
Please post a quick review and once I get half a dozen check ins, will let the main run go.
This should take about 2 weeks once I submit the copy to my printer in the UK.

Basically looking for any glaring errors or screw ups. This version has been extensively checked but you never know what can slide through.
I am sure Andy will take issue with some of the details but I did not want to spend an extra 6 months working all that out.
Thats also not a knock on Andy, I have the highest respect for his knowledge!
