Ok I am finally done and in the process of printing the first 10 copies.
These will be printed locally while the main run will be done in the UK (80 to 100 copies).
140 pages, soft cover.
These will be signed and numbered (1 to 10). I am taking a loss on the first 10 because I want to get it right.
Price delivered is 32.50 each. First come first serve.
For now, these are only available to US members.
As soon as the main order is completed, I will offer international shipping for additional upcharge.
These 10 will be ready to send out by early next week.

I will move the main run of the book to the trader section when ready.
