... with one exception, i have never bought reproduction parts for g41 rifles. i have gotten several rifles that had repro parts & most had to be filed, polished, trimmed, etc.. to get them to work right. however;;;... in january, i put a collector onto an item i consider to be a very nice repro part. i have no monetary interest in this item and it works great. it being the reproduction handguards offered by a guy named happyplutonium on ebay. takes about 30 days to get it from europe. they may be alittle long in some cases, but easily filed shorter on the front end. i have gotten several myself & the only problem is that they look tooooo good. the price is reasonable and i have two temporarily on two of my collector rifles. originals are expensive, and if just for a shooter, ya' can't go wrong.................. t
