Well yes, but no. It is a Chilean, but there is a little more to the story. This was a contract rifle built by DWM, typically ascribed to the African countries, in this case ZAR, which was supposedly turned back by British blockade and ultimately sold to Chile. It is an 1893 action, not the Chilean 1895.
