Dou 44 question

Hello, recently I’ve been offered a dou 44 K98 in a white glue stock. To me it looks to be matching? But the pictures I received are a little blurry. I have two concerns. One, the bolt release spring, and the extractor have a red/pirple hue that’s common in Russian Captures, I’m not sure if this is correct for a Dou 44? Also, is a white glue stock correct for this? It has no markings, but also doesn’t look to of been sanded or refinished at all. I’ll try to get some pictures in a bit, but what do you guys think? Barrel bands are stamped as well as the trigger guard, however the floor plate is milled.

Plum colored extractors and bolt release springs are perfectly normal for late war 98k's, especially Brünn manufactured ones. It's not just a Russian capture thing. White glue is fine as well. The stock should be void of any markings. Good photos of everything will tell the story though. Try to get them from the seller. If they don't want to provide you good photos, avoid doing business with them

milled rear bands are rare, but possible very early (rare though); serialing stops in the aa-bb block; TG stamped is near universal but trends have a couple that are possible. dou is generally very consistent in trends, so too are when things changed, very little deviation within ranges. Knowing the suffix is more than a little relevant n such things.
