Thank you. I wish I had been into k's earlier to have been able to find Volume 3 of the now famous trilogy. I've got Volume 2 and 2a.Late rifles have fewer markings than early rifles. If you are talking about the stock, just about the only marking should be a small eagle over H on the right side of the butt. As mentioned earlier in this thread, late stocks were not numbered to the rifle.
Yes, almost the exact same rifle.Check out the rifle in my link. It is probably pretty similar to the one you are looking at in terms of general configuration.

I hate doing the value thing but you asked again. It's probably not far off in 2023. I'd like to really have a deep look at the stock/hand guard and more details about the bolt. If the bolt is all matching/correct, that matters in value, as does 'whose' bolt it is.Any idea on value of this ? Currently priced at $1200
